Spaanse VlagWhere to find legislation and case law in Spain?

The Boletín Oficial del Estado (BOE) publishes legislation (national and the legislation enacted by the Autonomous Communities) international treaties. Acts, legislative-decrees, royal decrees and ministerial orders are considered legislation. The manner they are cited is: Act/year, date when the law was passed.

Case law of the Supreme Court is also available on internet www.poderjudicial.es aswell on the Boletín Oficial del Estado.

(There are many publishers who offer collections of legislation and case law but I will not mention them and focus on the official source.)

If you are searching for legislation or/and case law  at specific area, you can of course always contact me for advice and support.
